The aim of the course is to provide aspiring managers with a toolkit to take their career to the next level and with four amazing trainers on board, we’re confident this will be achieved. Our experts delivering the programme for this year’s cohort include Michael Quigley from Kataholos, Mac Macdonald from LAPD Solutions, Simon Osbourne from SO Coach and Mike Grocott from Intercog.
Learning and Development Coordinator, Chris Rawlinson said “We’ve had some fantastic feedback from our Leadership and Management Academy so far, so it’s great to launch yet another academy to develop leadership skills across the Group.
