We’re delighted to announce a trio of strategic appointments, with Andrew Johnson joining us as Integrations Manager, Gavin Ball as Compliance & Quality Director and Richard Crook as Mergers and Acquisitions Director.

The three new Group appointments have been made as we recognised the need to grow our infrastructure to support our recent expansion and to ensure we’re set up and ready to achieve our future growth plans.

Integrations Manager, Andrew joins us from the County Group, a group of insurance brokers based primarily in North West England, where he’s amassed significant experience in managing integration and bringing teams together following company acquisitions.

Compliance & Quality Director, Gavin joins from Chester law firm, Aaron and Partners, where he led the Compliance Team. Gavin has enjoyed a career investigating financial crime, fraud and corruption with companies including RSM, Rolls Royce and Knights PLC.

M&A Director, Richard, founded boutique dental brokerage Senovo Health, supporting dental practices in the sale of their practices, managing the process from start to finish.

Scott Heath, Group Managing Director, said, “Richard, Andrew and Gavin bring with them many years of experience and knowledge. We’re delighted to have them on board and their appointments strengthen our already experienced team here at DJH Mitten Clarke. We have big plans for the future as we look to create as many opportunities as possible for our ever-growing team and these newly created roles will support us in achieving our ambitions.”

Our business has grown rapidly in the past year, following a series of acquisitions. We acquired Chester’s Morris & CoManchester’s Lloyd Piggott and Walsall’s Bakers, plus specialist dental broker, Senovo Health, and now have five offices across the Midlands and North West, with our headcount growing from 128 in March 2021, to 300 in September 2022.
